Kate Fischer began her career as an artist in kindergarten when she learned how to sign her paintings as KATE and refused to learn the rest of the alphabet. She has been breaking all the rules ever since. She grew up on the Chain of Lakes in Central Minnesota causing much trouble and driving her parents crazy. Kate eventually learned the ABCs and made her way to art school. She has spent the past decade utilizing her skills as a graphic artist to create packaging and branding for small businesses and nonprofit organizations across the U.S.
Kate is married to Mr. Joshua Fischer, the local kindergarten gym teacher and coach of all the things. He is tall, dark, and handsome with a passion for bacon and is blessed with a terrible singing voice - which Kate loves dearly. They recently built their dream home out in the woods among the mosquitoes and their three ridiculous children: Charlie, Loretta Joy, and Betty Ann.
